I'm pretty sure all my readers knows about the famous Millennium Falcon. If you do not, refer to the picture below. It's the starship from the movie franchise, Star Wars.
Now, let's look at the packaging. Yes, this is the exact clone of the Lego 75105 Millennium Falcon. The font for the word "Star Wart" itself is a blatant copy of the original Star Wars. Refer picture below to compare both packaging.
The box is actually quite big; 22.5 in (W) x 15 in (H) x 3.5 in (D) and weighs about 2.8kg.
Original Lego 75105 Box
LELE Box (Front)
LELE Box (Back)
Now, let's look at the contents (refer picture below). The bricks are packed neatly in plastic bags BUT take note that the plastic bags are not labelled and the bricks in each plastic bag are grouped by size rather than assembling sequence unlike Lego. And yes, it is worse than finding a needle in a haystack. But you'll get used to it if you assemble a lot of bootleg Lego.
Box Contents
So, how do you start? I suggest you gather as many small containers you can get hold off and sort the bricks like me. Usually I'll dump all the smaller parts into the containers. Those larger ones I'll dump it into the cardboard box.
Box Contents (after sorting)
Warning! Please check the brick colors carefully before assembling. The brick colors in the manual might be confusing at times especially the dark bluish gray, light bluish gray and tan. I made a mistake with one of the colors and it was impossible for me to reverse the process without dismantling everything. But luckily I had another spare brick to replace it.
Okay, let's start assembling! Picture heavy.
Voila! It is completed! Took me more than 6 hours to complete it because I spent most of the times looking for bricks, More pictures from different angles.
So, what's the verdict? I'll rate this set 9 out of 10. This set would have gotten 10 out of 10 if the colors on the manual were clearer and the bricks packaging were...better. I would have save a lot of time if the bricks packaging were done nicely like Lego. Not a big issue here...actually I'm kinda enjoyed myself more. The color of some bricks are a bit off especially the red...maybe it's just my eyesight. The mini figures looks better than Lepin.
I have created a 360 degrees view but I'm not sure you guys can see/use it or not. Check it out below.

hi, is there any missing pieces in this set?
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteNo missing pieces. Got extra 3-4 pieces.
thanks for the review :)
DeleteHi mate,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the review.
How is the clutch on this set?
Hi there,
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what the clutch refers to. You mean the joints? If you are talking about Technics clutches, I don't think there are any in this set. The X-Wing and Kylo's Command Shuttle has them though.
Sorry, yes i was referring to how well these lele bricks fit together. Are there any loose parts etc.
ReplyDeleteAnd having assembled both Lele & Lepin, which one is better quality in your opinion?
Thanks :)
Sadly I managed to assemble the LELE only. The LEPIN stocks have not arrived but based on reviews of friends who managed to get hold of LEPIN, the LEPIN bricks quality are better but the mini figs are horrible.
ReplyDeleteOk, thanks for your reply
DeleteHi, how much are the star wars LELE 79211 and Decool F1 that you have bought from GMklang?
ReplyDeleteLELE 79211 is about RM 150 but I can't remember the Decool F1 price. I think the LELE 79211 drop to about RM 130-135 already.
ReplyDeleteThanks yo. Totally excited for it now
DeleteNo probs. I heard the stocks are getting low. Better get em fast.
DeleteThe shooting feature are working or not? Can we push the button to fire the weapon?
ReplyDeleteIt works for LELE brand but doesn't work for LEPIN.

ReplyDeleteHi how is the quality of the minifigs?
ReplyDeleteFor a bootleg, they are quite good. The body parts are not as loose as LEPIN's; everything fits perfectly. Colors are good and not faded.

ReplyDeleteWhere can I get this? I saw one in Sunway Pyramid going for RM200. Is that pricey?
ReplyDeleteVery pricey. Where do you stay? Based on your location, I can suggest places nearby.
DeleteThanks, Xeon. Stay in SS2, PJ

DeleteI am selling the LELE Millennium Falcon at RM 120. My office is in Kelana Jaya (opposite Brothers, beside Giants Kelana Jaya). I'm staying nearby Digital Mall/Jaya Shopping Centre so we can COD there after office hours.
DeleteHi, I staying Siang area. Where can buy the cheap fake LEGO around my area?
DeleteXeon, definitely interested. Can I get your email contact and/or your office address?
ReplyDeleteTake note that I am just selling this part time so my office has nothing to do with toys so I can't give you my actual office address but I can give you the name of the building; it's called Kelana Mall. You need to let me know in advance if you want to meet me during office hours because I won't be in my office at times (client meeting, etc) My e-mail is zuyong@gmail.com
DeleteAh, understood - no worries. Will send you an email to make arrangements. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteSo LeLe vs Lepin for this which is better
ReplyDeleteBricks quality wise, I'll say LEPIN.
DeleteHello... I bought the exact same set as you. I was doing fine building it until I got to step 5 on pg 30 bk 2. I was missing two of the rounded gray pieces. Do you know if there is a way to contact lele?
ReplyDeleteI don't think so. The only way is to go back to the person who sold you and pray he/she might have some spare parts or...get the original Lego parts as replacement. For small parts, it should be relatively cheap.
Deletei made the LEPIN set instead but maybe these guys are brother and sister companies? Anyway, cool as hell!
ReplyDeleteThey are 2 different companies but LEPIN is the more aggresive one

Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteHello, do you still have bela or lele falcon? I want to get one, COD at kelana mall no problem, I live at kelana jaya. how to contact you?
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteThere's an extra 52 pieces for the LELE version which I assumed the extra pieces are used for replacing those "unique" LEGO pieces which can't be molded by LELE. But for brick color-wise, you can refer to LEGO instructions if you are not sure.
